Sharon Floyd is the Director of Engels Floyd Quality Consultants, a leading national NDIS consultancy company established in 2012, with its head office in Adelaide. The Engels Floyd team has decades of experience in all things quality and compliance, serving Australia's largest NDIS providers as well as sole traders. Sharon was awarded an Australia Day award for excellence in auditing. Sharon's fellow founding Director, Jen Engels, is herself an NDIS participant. Engels Floyd has been contracted by the NDIS Commission since 2018 to provide training to all 1500+ NDIS auditors, ensuring their unsurpassed knowledge of NDIS regulatory requirements and best practices.
